If you’ve ever felt like the one holding it all together - the fixer, the emotional caretaker, the one who makes sure everyone else is okay - this episode is for you. It’s easy to take on the weight of other people’s feelings, struggles, and choices… but at what cost?
In this episode, I’m exploring why we tend to carry things that were never ours to begin with. We’ll talk about how childhood conditioning and trauma responses can wire us to feel over-responsible, and what it looks like to start letting that go. I also share my own experience with releasing the pressure to fix and learning how to stay loving without self-abandoning.
This conversation is all about coming back to yourself and choosing to live from the inside out - not in reaction to others, but in alignment with your truth.
