Lighthouse Within

#14 Regrounding Through the Waves of Change

Raina Rose Episode 14

This time of year always comes with a lot—new beginnings, fresh starts, and sometimes, a whole lot of overwhelm. Coming back home after the holidays, I felt a deep need to reset, not just in my space but in my mind and body too. And while I don’t always feel like the new year is the time for a big shift (spring feels more like that to me), something about this season has brought a much-needed recalibration.

Lately, the energy has felt chaotic, and I’ve noticed my nervous system doing what it knows best—freezing. Learning more about the nervous system is in focus for me this year because I truly feel like it's going to unlock something I’ve been searching for. And as so many people around me are going through transitions, I’ve caught myself struggling with what to say. I want to say something that resonates with everyone— but that’s not my job. My job is to share honestly and trust that it lands where it needs to, and that realization alone has been healing.

In this episode, I’m talking about that feeling of overwhelm, what it’s been teaching me, and some of the ways I’ve been regrounding myself when life feels unsteady. I also come back to my why—the core of Lighthouse Within—self-exploration, connection, and expansion. Because when I stay true to those, I know I’m where I’m supposed to be.

If you’ve been feeling a little lost or stuck in freeze mode, you’re not alone. Let’s talk about how we can move through it, one step at a time.
