I share insights from my own journey as well as the work of experts like Dr. Gabor Maté, exploring how childhood experiences shape our adult patterns and how tending to our inner child can bring emotional relief and reconnection. We also look at how parenting or observing children can reawaken your own sense of wonder, play, and truth.
